Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern the Jason Dog Training Affiliate Program operated by Happy Global LLC. By applying to or participating in the program you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service.

Joining

Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve, decline, suspend, or remove any affiliate at our discretion, including for brand-safety reasons.

Commissions

• Base commission starts at 25% of the customer's actual payment excluding tax — after any discount code they use.
• Higher rates (up to 40%) unlock automatically based on your rolling 30-day sales performance.
• Commissions are held for 30 days after each order to cover our 30-day refund window, then become available for payout.
• Refunded or charged-back orders reverse their commission in full.
• Purchases made through your own link for yourself do not earn commission.

Attribution

• Referrals are tracked by your unique link and coupon code with a 90-day window.
• An existing attribution is not overwritten by the customer simply returning through our own marketing channels; a new affiliate's touch changes attribution only when it directly leads to the order.
• Public discount codes a customer enters at checkout do not change or remove your attribution.

Refunded orders and customer data

If an order attributed to you is refunded or charged back, your dashboard shows limited details of that order — including the customer's email address — so you can understand what happened and follow up. You may use this information only in connection with that order, must keep it confidential, and may not add these customers to any mailing list or share their details with anyone.

Payouts

• Payouts run monthly on the 15th (Pacific Time) via Stripe Connect.
• The minimum payout is $25; smaller balances roll over to the next month.
• Negative balances from reversals roll forward and offset future commissions.

FTC disclosure — required

You must clearly disclose your material connection to us wherever you share your link (for example: “I earn a commission if you buy through my link”), in accordance with the FTC Endorsement Guides. Non-disclosure is grounds for removal.

Prohibited conduct

• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or misleading claims about the course or results.
• Bidding on our brand terms in paid search or impersonating our official accounts.
• Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, or any manipulation of tracking.
• Promising outcomes we do not promise (e.g. guaranteed results in a fixed time).

Termination

Either side may end participation at any time. Earned, unreversed commissions above the payout minimum are paid on the normal schedule after a final 30-day review.
