This Privacy Policy explains how Happy Global LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use jasondog.com and our related services (the “Service”).

• Order information — purchases, refunds, and payment status. Card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Usage information — lesson progress, quiz answers, device and browser data, and advertising identifiers (such as TikTok, Meta, and Google click IDs) used to measure our marketing.

How we use it

• Deliver the courses you purchased and keep your learning progress.
• Send transactional email: sign-in codes, receipts, and content you request.
• Send training tips and offers you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• Measure and improve our advertising and website.
• Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that run the Service for us: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Klaviyo (email marketing), Bunny.net (video delivery), Vercel and Neon (hosting), and advertising partners (such as TikTok, Meta, and Google) for campaign measurement. Where we share contact details with advertising partners to attribute purchases to their ads, your email address is shared in hashed (non-readable) form. We never sell your personal information.

Affiliate program & referral data

Some customers find us through an independent affiliate partner's referral link or coupon code. If your purchase was referred this way and the order is later refunded or charged back, we show that one partner limited details of the order — including your email address, the amount paid, and the refund status — solely so they can understand what happened with a sale they referred and, if appropriate, follow up with you about it.

Affiliate partners are bound by our Affiliate Program Terms: they must keep this information confidential, may use it only in connection with that order, and may not add you to any mailing list or share your details with anyone else. No other customer information is made available to affiliates.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your funnel progress, and measure marketing. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may stop working.

Your rights
