Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you follow the lessons and don't see progress with your dog — or you're unhappy for any reason — contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund your full payment. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

• Reply to your receipt email, or write to support@jasondog.com from the email address you purchased with.
• Include the order number from your receipt (helpful, not required).

How refunds are processed

• Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe.
• We process requests within 2 business days; your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the funds.
• Course access ends when the refund is issued.
• For upgrade purchases, the refund covers the upgrade payment; your previous plan is restored.

Fair use

The guarantee exists so you can try the system risk-free. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchase-refund cycles on the same content or accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
