These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of jasondog.com and the Jason Dog Training courses (the “Service”), operated by Happy Global LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

We sell online dog-training video courses in three plans (Starter, Standard, Premium). Purchases are one-time payments that unlock the lessons included in your plan for personal use. We may add, improve, or reorganize lessons over time.

Your account

Accounts are created with your email address and secured with one-time sign-in codes. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Accounts and course access are personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream the course content for your own use. You may not download, copy, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course content without our written permission.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout and may change over time; the price you pay is the price shown at your time of purchase. All plans include our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — see the Refund Policy for details.

Training disclaimer

Every dog is different. Results depend on consistency, the individual dog, and correct application of the techniques. The Service is educational content, not veterinary or professional behavioral advice. If your dog shows severe aggression or has injured a person or animal, consult a qualified local professional in person before training.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Global LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (including content sharing or fraudulent payments). You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
